ROBOTIC PRESS FEEDING SYSTEM
The METALG Press Brake Robot Cell offers an unparalleled solution for fully automated robotic bending applications in the press brake market. This solution is compatible with existing systems for all press manufacturers and users.
Developed in collaboration with Cybelec and Bilko Automation, the Plug-In solution allows the robot cell to be easily applied to hydraulic, electric, and hybrid press brakes. Standard X, R, Z1, and Z2 axes are used for rear support.
The generation and control of the necessary movements for the robot are managed through the press brake control unit. The press brake operates as the Master and automatically controls the robot. No separate program is required for the robot. All necessary synchronization is managed through the press brake’s control unit.
All information for the robot and bending cell is defined only once on the Cybelec Visitouch PAC control unit and remains fixed as long as there are no changes in the mechanical setup.
The METALG Press Brake Robot Cell is also open to supporting different brands of robots. The robot cell features easy portability for mounting on different presses within the same workshop.
